Recently, Randy and I rappelled down a 32 story Marriott in Baltimore to raise money for the National Kidney Foundation of Maryland. Since donating my kidney in 2007, kidney health and organ transplant has become my cause. I’m sure it sometimes gets annoying to people as I continuously try to raise money and awareness but when you’ve been personally touched by something, in this case my brother-in-law’s kidney disease, you find yourself drawn towards wanting to help others.
