BEL AIR, Md. – The Harford Athletic Department was awarded both Maryland Junior College Athletic Conference (Md Juco) Presidents’ Cups for the 2016-17 season. Harford became the first school in league history to win both the Men’s and Women’s Cups in the same year in the 2014-15 season and have now done it for a second time.
