Benfield Electric, a Maryland-based, family-owned and operated electrical contractor, is pleased to announce Deborah Nosler has joined the company as its new human resources manager.

In her new role, Nosler will provide human resources solutions for Benfield Electric through enhancing the company’s processes, policies, compliance and employees. She is committed to delivering an “employer of choice” employee culture.

Nosler brings more than 20 years of experience in human resources to Benfield Electric. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business and a master’s in human resource development from Towson University. She is also certified as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR, SHRM-CP).

“I am excited to join the Benfield family,” says Nosler. “I look forward to being a part of the business’ next 50 years of success!”

Nosler is an active member of a variety of prominent human resources organizations, including the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) and Chesapeake Human Resource Associate (CHRA). She enjoys mentoring up-and-coming professionals where she shares her knowledge and passion for human resources.
