BEL AIR, Md., (May 27, 2015) – Harford County Executive Barry Glassman today signed legislation enacting the county budget for the fiscal year 2016, after it was unanimously approved on Tuesday by the County Council. County Executive Glassman thanked council members for their support and issued the following statement:
