MILL VALLEY, Calif. —

A dog walker fell more than 200 feet down a ravine in the middle of Tuesday’s major storm. And though the 71-year-old didn’t know where she was, rescue crews in Mill Valley were able to track her down using technology.

When Carol Anderson fell, she managed to hold on to her cell phone and call one of her clients for help.
